Summary of the scientific literature on organisational constellations

One of the first steps I took when I embarked on this research project was to summarize all the available studies and scientific publications on the systemic constellation method used in organisations. As I described earlier, before you start a new study, you need to know what has been done already and what the evidence is so far.

It is with great pleasure that I can now share the result of this effort. It took over three years to search for publications, read and analyse over 90 papers, books and reports in multiple languages, but it's done! In this recent publication, we have summarised the published scientific literature. The paper is open access available, so anyone can read it.
