EDucation

In 2017 we introduced systemic leadership training in the medical curriculum at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. We developed the first workshops in collaboration with the Bert Hellinger Institute Netherlands. Due to the success of the training, the training was repeated in the following years and was expanded with a additional workshops, lectures, and assignments. Also, we introduced training using  the systemic method in other disciplines at the University of Groningen.

In this section we share with you our training materials and lectures. Feel free to use and re-use our materials. Please refer to: Salome Scholtens, Dept of Health Sciences, University Medical Center Groningen, the Netherlands. Please remember that the research that we do is not funded by the University or external funding.

We look forward to hear about your experiences and we are happy to share insights!
